Frequently Asked Questions

Knox Youth Sports Baseball League
Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Can we bring a team into your league?
     - Teams are welcome in all KYS baseball leagues except the Pee Wee / Vance League.

2.  Does my child have to play in his/her age group or can he/she play in another division?
     -  If you feel like your child can play with older players, you can always 'play up' in our leagues with the parents consent.  However, to keep things fair, KYS does not allow children to play down a league.

3.  When and where will my practices be?
     - Practices will begin once registration is completed and all teams have been formed.  The drafts / coaches meetings will be held the week of February 25th.  At that time, practice days/times are chosen by the individual coaches based on their availability and field availability.  The coach will relay practice information to their team(s).
